Secure Remote Operating Center
A dedicated facility providing secure remote access to customer networks, within a fully secured environment and supported by a backup facility, enabling rapid and reliable resolution of network issues.
Test Center
A state-of-the-art, fully equipped facility designed to simulate complete submarine optical networks. It also enables customer refresher training programs, advanced internal training for technical experts to continuously develop new skills, and sophisticated simulation of real-world configurations for existing submarine cable networks across ASN’s customer base, delivering faster, more accurate, and more reliable issue resolution.
Repair Management Center
Serves as a centralized hub for all customer repair requests related to faulty equipment, efficiently coordinating with ASN’s specialized manufacturing and repair centers. Depending on customer needs, either new or expertly repaired equipment is swiftly returned to minimize downtime. In addition, the Repair Center maintains strategic inventory levels of replacement units, ensuring rapid turnaround, enhanced service continuity, and a premium customer experience.
